The cybernetic control loop in the nursing process involves a continuous cycle of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Nurses assess the patient's condition, identify any issues or problems, and then develop a plan of care. They then implement the plan by providing the necessary interventions and treatments. Finally, they evaluate the patient's response to the interventions and make any necessary adjustments to the plan. This process allows nurses to constantly monitor and regulate the patient's care to ensure the best possible outcomes. **
